Does it require an account?
No. The app works without registration or login.
Where are my logs stored?
Locally on your device. We do not run a cloud account service for your health logs.
How do I export my diary?
With Premium, open Insights or Settings and tap Export Diary CSV. Choose a destination from the share sheet.
How do I restore Premium?
Open Settings and tap Restore Purchases. Purchases are handled by Apple.
Is this medical advice?
No. The app does not diagnose or treat conditions, provide emergency care, or replace a qualified healthcare professional.
